The Alive Finishing Master Class is an initiative of the ALIVE Foundation. It offers candidates at the early and middle stages of their careers an opportunity to prepare with real-life skills to re-evaluate and grow into leaders and opinion shapers locally and internationally.
Requirements:
The program is open to Kenyan Citizens and any holder of valid documentation to reside in Kenya.
Education.
All applicants must:
Be in the final year pursuing or completed their Tertiary/Undergraduate certification or having been employed for not more than years with the same qualifications.
Career.
The Master class is open to all careers.
Age restrictions.
The applicant must be aged between 21 years to 35 years.
Can I undertake the class online if I reside outside Nairobi?
Currently, the class is physical, and ALIVE Foundation does not provide accommodation.
Duration
The ALIVE fellows will meet every Saturday for four weeks starting 11th February 2023
Location
The Fellowship will be conducted at the ALIVE campus, with some aspects held online.
What if I miss a class?
Missing 2 classes in the season may lead to disqualification without admission to any ALIVE Programs.
What next? After the Master Class, do I get employed?
No ALIVE Foundation does not provide nor promise any form of employment for its Fellows.
The ALIVE Master class graduates have an option to the ALIVE ALUMNI and enroll for the ALIVE Diplomacy class, which will be 70% online, and get invited to participate in networking events and workshops organized by ALIVE Foundation and its partners.
ALIVE Finishing Master Class
All the Master Class who successfully complete the program would have covered the following components: –
Induction
This compulsory component is used to onboard the fellows into the campus and make them understand ALIVE’s values and expectations. Fellows will also meet the Founder and interact with other guests during the day.
Weekly Engagement
In these sessions that will be conducted every Saturday, the ALIVE fellows will be able to interact with experts on the subject matters from ALIVE Foundation and beyond.
The subjects discussed shall be current trends and life skills from local and international perspectives.
Personal Development
Personal development or self-improvement forms a core component of the program as it brings about self-awareness of the fellows in terms of mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and social.
Fellows will have scheduled one-on-one sessions with a keen focus on personal branding.
Media Training
This will include training on social and emerging media and its effect on the evolving world.
Career and Mentoring
The objective is to help fellows understand the global labor market perspective and entrepreneurship. CV writing and mock interviews will be conducted.
Climate Change
With climate change and shifts in weather patterns affecting the world’s evolution, fellows will focus on the subject and be given a challenge where the best executor will be awarded.
Remuneration and Benefits
Transport reimbursement will be done for commuting to and from the ALIVE Campus with the Nairobi Metropolitan.
Selection Criteria
Self-Statement of NOT more than 100 words.
Plagiarism and assisted submissions will lead to automatic disqualification and blacklisting.

Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email by 5th February 2022
Stage three
Induction at ALIVE campus on 11th February 2022
